Frequently Asked Questions

  • First make sure the outlet you have plugged your miner into is one that will deliver the correct voltage that the power supply is calling for, either 110 or 240v
  • If the outlet is delivering the correct voltage but the miner is still not powering up there is a chance something was damaged during shipment.  In this case, unplug all of the hashboards but leave the control board plugged in. If it powers on then a short has occurred in one of the boards. To determine which board is causing the short plug them in one by one.
  • Once the problem has been identified we will happily send you a replacement part if something was damaged in shipping

  • Navigate to the miners backpage, to do this you must enter the IP address of the miner. If you do not know what the IP is, see “I can’t find my miner on my local network”
  • Once you have the miner’s IP, to enter the backpage you must enter the correct credentials.

  • Then navigate to the tab that says “miner status,” after being powered on this page should automatically report the functionality of the miner including individual hash boards and fans.
